About the Programme
Founded by Lynden Prince and Helder Dos Santos Silva, the Launch International Football School offers an intensive 10 week residential programme in Tasmania, Australia. Our programme combines Lynden's proven track record in Tasmanian football with Helder's international coaching expertise to deliver a truly unique development experience for players aged 18 and above.
Visa & Travel Arrangements
Participants should be able to travel on tourist visas. If travel visas are required, Launch International Football School will provide invitation letters to support applications.
Programme Duration
10 weeks
Players must arrive 2-3 days before training commences to allow for settling in and orientation.
What's Included
- Airport Transfers: Pickup and drop-off included
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation throughout the programme
- Lunch Daily: Provided after morning training sessions
- Transportation: To/from training facilities
- Basic Provisions: Breakfast and dinner ingredients provided (players prepare their own meals and may supplement with personal preferences)
What's Not Included
- International flights
- Mandatory travel insurance (must be secured before departure)
- Personal expenses and pocket money (recommended: AUD $250 per week)
- Breakfast and dinner ingredients beyond basic provisions
Training Schedule
Training Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Morning session
- Lunch provided
- Afternoon session
Wednesday: Rest day with organised excursions
Weekends: Optional participation in matches with local clubs
Specific training commencement dates will be communicated upon acceptance.
Pathway Opportunities
During the final week of training, 2-3 international coaches and/or agents will attend sessions to evaluate participants.
The best players will be selected for trials with professional clubs in Europe and Asia.
Outstanding performers may also be introduced to clubs within Australia's football network.
Player Obligations
- Full Commitment: Attend all scheduled training sessions and activities
- Professional Conduct: Respectful behaviour at all times towards coaches, staff, fellow players, and the local community
- Punctuality: Arrive on time for all sessions and activities
- Respect Facilities: Take care of accommodation and equipment provided
- No Substance Abuse: Zero tolerance policy for alcohol and drugs during the programme
- Curfew Compliance: Respect accommodation curfews and quiet hours
- Health & Safety: Report any injuries or concerns to staff immediately
- Communication: Maintain open communication with coaching staff
What to Bring
- Valid passport and appropriate visa (if international)
- Football boots (firm ground and turf)
- Shin guards and personal training wear

- Any required medications
- Health/travel insurance documentation
Departure Requirements
All participants must vacate accommodation and depart no later than 5 days after the programme concludes.
